Confusing times to sell websites.
Hi all,
It is the worst time to sell your website. Google are doing some updates and it changes websites’ PR quite often.
So you post an ad saying: “For sale PR5 website”
But then people response and asking why they see PR0… embracing and decrease the value of your site.
Although I think PR is not that important it gives you good indication if Google likes the site. And if you have high PR you can sell links which is good source of income.
So what should you do?
First check you PR in all data centers:
http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_checker
Then if you get varies results, give this tool to the potential buyers.
But I think it is better to wait a bit. It is a bit risky because you can loose your PR, but then again you can gain some

I agree completely, it seems Google has just started another wave of the same PR update. When the first wave finished earlier in Jan, I was relieved that my sites scrapped through. But this time, I have taken a very bad hit…
